At Fundoranvio S.L. (hereinafter, “Fundoranvio”) we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This Policy describes how we process the information you provide through the website fundoranvio.com, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on the website: name and email address for newsletter subscription, as well as technical browsing data (anonymised IP address, browser type, language) collected via cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to send you the weekly Eco newsletter you have subscribed to (legal basis: consent), to respond to your communications (legitimate interest) and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Aggregated measurement of site usage is only carried out if you authorise it through the cookie banner.
4. Retention periods
We keep subscription data while you do not request its removal. Measurement data is kept for a maximum of 26 months. Data linked to legal obligations is kept for the periods provided by applicable law.
5. Recipients
We do not transfer data to third parties, except to providers that offer us technical services (hosting, newsletter delivery, measurement) under a data processing agreement. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the safeguards provided in articles 44 and following of the GDPR apply.
6. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to privacidad@fundoranvio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. The site uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions.
